Keith Rawling - Nomads of Rajasthan

The Rabari are spread over the western plains of northern India mostly in Rajasthan and Gudjarat. They are a Hindu Tribe specialising in Camel, Cattle, Donkey and Goat breeding as well as shepherding. Wearing traditional dress and taking all their possessions with them, they travel to suitable feeding grounds as well as fairs and meeting places where they can sell or trade their animals.

Both of these groups were photographed north of Upaipur.
